Bozeman Figure Skating Club

Bozeman Figure Skating Club is starting a Junior Committee. This committee is made of junior members (ages 13 to 18) and is great for resume and college applications. The purpose is to give our young skaters an opportunity to develop leadership skills and provide service to others. The committee will further help skaters learn responsibility and the meaning of volunteerism, while enhancing positive character traits, strengthening friendships and becoming effective and active members of the club. The responsibilities of the Junior Committee are attending monthly meetings, organizing activities and events, volunteering at club functions, and creating new and fun experiences for all of our members! Contact Sydney Ross for more information!

Rising Stars

Rising Stars is a bridge program between Learn to Skate and the Bozeman Figure Skating Club. Its purpose is to provide developmental training experience for all skaters who wish to take their training beyond Basic Skills. Rising Stars is taught by BFSC coaches and designed to provide an opportunity to learn a broad assortment of skating skills in a fast paced, group lesson environment. In addition to jumps, spins, turns, and edges, skaters will be provided with an introduction to Moves In The Field, power, artistry, freestyle etiquette, and good practice habits.
