Operated by Gallatin Ice, the Bozeman Figure Skating Club (BFSC) is the home of figure skating in the Gallatin Valley. BFSC provides opportunities for skaters to develop their skills, perform, compete, and achieve their goals on the ice.
Whether a skater is preparing for their first competition or pursuing advanced testing and competitive opportunities, BFSC provides a supportive community and a clear pathway for growth.
The Rising Stars Travel Team introduces skaters to performances and introductory competitions. Skaters participate through Learn to Skate USA while developing the skills and confidence needed for future competitive opportunities.
As skaters advance, they become full members of the Bozeman Figure Skating Club and U.S. Figure Skating. Stars Travel Team members represent Bozeman at competitions, exhibitions, testing sessions, and events throughout the region and beyond.
Together, the Rising Stars and Stars Travel Team create a pathway that supports skaters from their first competition through advanced competitive skating.
BFSC membership provides access to:
U.S. Figure Skating membership and opportunities
Official testing opportunities
Advanced competition pathways
Club exhibitions and performances
Travel team opportunities
Junior Coach Development opportunities
A supportive community of skaters, coaches, and families
Montana State University students may also be interested in the Montana State University Figure Skating Club, which offers performance and competitive pathway opportunities for eligible MSU students.
