Hockey in the city of Bozeman is now one step closer to having the arena it deserves with construction on the Gallatin Ice Facility at Haynes Pavilion recently completing a major step. The renovations finish just in time for the winter sports season, moving on from phase two of the three-part “Finish the Ice Barn” plan.
Notably featuring two ice rinks, the Gallatin Ice Facility has been steadily gaining improvements throughout the years. The most recent additions were insulation and air handling in 2021 to allow for year-round operations. Gallatin Ice Philanthropy director Jeff Moore trusts that the improvements will provide an enhanced experience for both players and fans once completed.
