Rising Stars Program

Becoming a member of the BFSC Rising Stars program is a great way to advance your figure skating skills as well as to build lifelong friendships. Members of the program have the option of skating on 'Club Ice' as well as participating in exhibitions, shows, and competitions.

Becoming a member of the BFSC Rising Stars program is a great way to advance your figure skating skills as well as to build lifelong friendships. Members of the program have the option of skating on 'Club Ice' as well as participating in exhibitions, shows, and competitions.

Rising Stars Program Information

BFSC Rising Star - Sunday's at 12:30pm (Sessions 1, 2, 4, 6, 8):

  • Six weeks consisting of 30 minute group class and 30 minute practice time
  • Cost is $180.00 for each 6-week session.

BFSC Rising Star - Tuesday's at 6:45pm (Sessions 3, 5, 7, 9):

  • Six weeks consisting of 30 minute group class and 30 minute practice time
  • Cost is $180.00 for each 6-week session.

Requirements for Rising Stars 1:

  • Skater must pass LTS Basic 4
  • Skater must be 4 years of age

Requirements for Rising Stars 2:

  • Skater must pass preliminary Moves in the Field test
  • Skater must be 4 years of age

New sessions beginning on the following dates:

  • Session 4: Dec. 5th - Jan. 16th (NO LESSON on Dec. 26th)
  • Session 5: Dec. 7th - Jan. 18th (NO LESSON on Dec. 28th)
  • Session 6: Jan. 23rd - Feb. 27th
  • Session 7: Jan. 25th - Mar. 1st
  • Session 8: Mar. 6th - Apr. 10th
  • Session 9: Mar. 8th - Apr. 12th


Skaters must have a valid USFS number - this can be your LTS number or your BFSC club membership. If you need to purchase a membership, you can do so through the BFSC website.
